Refunds and Cancellations Policy for Aspirations Institute

At Aspirations Institute, we strive to provide high-quality educational services. This Refund and
Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed.

General Policy

    • No Refunds: All payments made for services provided by Aspirations Institute are nonrefundable, except as specified in this policy.
    • Cancellation Requests: If you need to cancel a service, you must notify us in writing at
      aspirationsinstitute3@gmail.com

    Course Cancellation

      • Before Course Start: If you cancel your course registration before the course starts, you are
        entitled to a refund of up to 80% of the course fee. The remaining 20% will be retained as a
        processing fee.
      • After Course Start: If you cancel after the course has started, no refund will be issued.

      Rescheduling Policy
      If you need to reschedule your course or service, please notify us at least 7 days before the
      scheduled start date. We will work with you to accommodate changes, but rescheduling is subject to
      availability.

      Exceptional Circumstances
      Refunds or cancellations may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:

        • Illness or emergency situations (documentation required).
        • Course not as described or delivered.

        Dispute Resolution
        In case of any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations, we will attempt to resolve the matter
        amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be addressed through the appropriate
        legal channels.
